Good weather guilt can be solved with the right equipment: Get a laptop and 3G mobile Internet, and you can work while lying on a beach, while eating in a restaurant, or even while walking (with a subnotebook). In fact I work like this all the time, even now in the winter, and it makes me more productive than working in my home office.
